If you are not
satisfied with any item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange provided:
1. The item(s) are returned within three business days of their receipt in the same
condition they were shipped to you in original packaging with price tags attached the same
way, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones, unscratched and unmarred finish of both
metal and stones. Please call us for authorization number, otherwise package would not be
accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
2. If the return is necessary and the above mentioned conditions are met, your money will
be refunded to you within 10 days after we receive your returned item in the condition in
which they were shipped to you.
3. Do not return items damaged in shipping by the Post Office! Contact us and we will file
with the appropriate postal agency for reimbursement. |
